Here, at Bal Bhavan, we are equipped with a state of the art lab where we let students experiment with software applications, explore the internet, and learn programming languages. This helps them to reinforce their understanding of computer-related concepts and improve their problem-solving skills. They can work at their own pace, revisit concepts they may not have understood theoretically. They can work in groups, share resources, and learn from each other. This not only enhances their understanding of the subject but also develops their communication and teamwork skills. In today's digital age, computer literacy is essential for success in any field. Our expert faculty ensures quality learning for the young minds thus providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in a technology-driven world. We also encourage students to learn skills that are not immediately related to the classroom curriculum – such as basic typing and advanced editing skills in their free time. This helps them utilize their time proactively and constructively minus any negative indulgence.

The Maths Lab has been established keeping in view the need for practical application of classroom learning. For instance, a concept as simple as that of Area and Volume can be explained better in the lab with the help of an activity instead of repetitive formulae which the students are often forced to memorize rather than applying it in real situation. Maths Lab, thus, enable the students to apply their mathematical formulae in real situation as opposed to merely writing them in the notebook. It peeks students’ interest in a particular topic when they have a hands-on experience through an activity. The teachers make sure that the designated activities for all the classes are duly performed that enriches the understanding and applicative knowledge of students. Furthermore, students have time and again been motivated and encouraged to prepare projects on several topics such as Height and Distance, Arithmetic Progressions and Statistics which have also been exhibited in the past in Maths Exhibition.

Another gem of our school’s infrastructure is the Language Lab which has been formed keeping in view today’s growing language concerns. Language comprises of 4 key terms, LSRW: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. Apart from the usual classroom teaching and learning that strengthens students’ Reading and Writing Skills, students are also encouraged to strengthen their Listening and Speaking skills in Language Lab where they do various activities related to the same

The teachers make sure that they are exposed to linguistics, different accents, and others, which facilitates their command over language. Even during these trying times, the teachers have made sure to show students curriculum related videos over e-platforms that has helped them inculcate interest in the students.

A systematic study which is based on facts and observations is called science, Biology is the study of living organisms and life processes. It is also named as life science or biological science or natural science. Biology is a very interesting subject in which we study about our self and other forms of the life surrounding us. The study of biology only through lecture method is meaning less and less interesting. No study in biology can be considered as complete without including practical work in it. Here comes the role of biology laboratory.

Biology laboratory makes the teaching of Biology more meaningful and interesting. Biology laboratory plays a very important role in learning process. Systematic study based on fact and observation is useful to the learning of biology. Section cutting and mounting helps to understand the morphology of cells and tissues of plants and animals. Study of specimens will provide basic idea of group of organisms. We believe that great scientists are not created in huge research facilities, but in the small school labs. Physics is different from all other branches of science. To understand its concepts, one has to look beyond the books and conventional classroom teaching, this is where the labs come in. It is imperative for the school to get all updated equipments so that students get to explore experiment and form their own conclusions.

Our Laboratories are well equipped with all the necessary instruments, apparatus, etc., which are required for performing different experiments for Grade IX- XII and activities for the junior classes. Every year upgradation of lab is done as per the requirements of curriculum.
